7 Easy Steps to Host a
Canna Crawl at Your
1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know you'd like us to create a canna crawl in your area. We'll send you a proposed itinerary for the day and an invoice. (Or fill out our contact form here)
2. Send us your primary's contact information. We need a name and cell phone for our day-of contact.
3. Send us your specials in ready-to-publish format for social media.We post to Instagram, Facebook, and send out to our email list.
4. We'll send you a list of attendees with name, DOB, address, phone number, email, and patient ID and expiration date. You put that into your system so patients are all pre-registered.
5. On the day of the crawl, we'll text you when we're on our way. When we arrive, we'll hand you signed attestation forms in alphabetical order. You scan the forms and hand them back to us for the next stop.This is the time you'll hand us a larger item for our canna basket raffle.
6. Patients shop! A lot of times, you'll have a bus full of new patients who have NEVER been to your dispensary before.
You get to roll out the red carpet, make an impression,
and hopefully win new customers.
7. Participate in Facebook Live. We interview your owner, manager, or budtender (your choice) while patients are shopping. If you have more deals you'd like to share, this is your chance. If you want us to include an after-crawl special, just let us know.
